-What makes Hand Poured Candle & Soap Co. products unique?
Our candles and soaps are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. We focus on eco-friendly materials, luxurious scents, and beautiful designs to provide a premium experience.

- Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every candle and soap is carefully hand-poured and crafted to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

- Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We offer customizable candles and soaps for special occasions, including weddings, baby showers, and corporate gifts. Contact us for details on bulk or custom orders.
 
Soy Wax Candles

- What type of wax do you use in your candles?
We use eco-friendly, 100% soy wax for a clean, even burn that is free from harmful toxins and paraffin.

- How can I make my candle last longer?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Never burn a candle for more than 3 hours at a time.

- Are your candles heavily scented?
Our candles are designed to provide a balanced fragrance that fills your space without being overwhelming. We use high-quality fragrance oils for a long-lasting scent throw.

- Why do you not use Paraffin Wax in your candles?
Paraffin Wax (which is used in most Big Box Candle Stores) releases benzene and toulene in the air which are known carconigens that cause respitatory distress as well as producing soot and smoke which compromises air quailty.  Paraffin Wax is a byproduct of petroleum refining making it a non-renewable and unsustainable resource.

Goat’s Milk Soaps

- What ingredients do you use in your soaps?
Our soaps are made with nourishing melt and pour goat’s milk soap, natural oils, and skin-loving ingredients to provide gentle cleansing and hydration.

- Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes! Goat’s milk is rich in vitamins and moisturizing properties, making it great for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend a patch test if you have allergies or skin concerns.

- How long do your soaps last?
With proper care, our soaps can last several weeks. To extend their life, keep them in a dry, well-draining soap dish between uses.
 
Wax Melts

- How do I use soy wax melts?
Simply place a couple of the smaller wax melts or just one larger wax melt in a wax warmer and allow them to melt, releasing their fragrance. Once the scent fades, let the wax cool, then remove it before adding fresh melts.

- Can I mix different wax melt scents?
Yes! You can mix different melts to create your own unique fragrance combinations.
 
Orders & Shipping

- How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If you are ordering custom, bulk or wholesale orders, we will provide an estimated completion time when the order is placed.

- How do I know when my order has shipped?
 You will receive a tracking number once your order is completed and is shipped.

- What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.

- Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist.
